1. Operating Licenses
Houston Limousine Inc. is a fully licensed and insured transportation company operating in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations in the State of Texas. Our operating licenses are maintained current at all times.
2. Vehicle Licensing & Inspection
All vehicles in our fleet are properly registered, licensed, and undergo regular safety inspections as required by Texas law. Commercial vehicle permits and certificates are kept on file and are available upon request.
3. Chauffeur Licensing
All Houston Limousine Inc. chauffeurs hold valid Texas Commercial Driver's Licenses (CDL) or appropriate endorsements for the vehicle class they operate. Background checks are conducted on all drivers prior to employment and periodically thereafter.
4. Insurance
Houston Limousine Inc. carries comprehensive commercial liability insurance covering all passengers, vehicles, and third parties. Our insurance policies meet or exceed the minimum requirements set forth by the Texas Department of Transportation.
5. Regulatory Compliance
We operate in full compliance with the Texas Transportation Code, FMCSA regulations where applicable, and all City of Houston ground transportation ordinances. We maintain all required permits for airport operations at George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) and William P. Hobby (HOU) airports.
