Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Houston Limousine Inc services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations & Payment

All reservations require a valid payment method. Full payment is processed at checkout. Prices include a 20% gratuity and exclude applicable taxes.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking total. No-shows are charged in full.

4. Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Damage to vehicles will be charged to the booking holder. Prohibited items include illegal substances and weapons.

5. Liability

Houston Limousine Inc is fully insured and licensed. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or acts of nature beyond our control.
